Paid Work Experience
Transition Aged Youth get a chance to experience work in a community-based employer for 45 hours. Our Transition Coordinator works with the students to find a position that matches the students’ interests. We have had consumers work at a hair salon, a greenhouse, and a police station.

Professional Connection Foundation
This program occurs both in a school setting and out in the community. During the in-school sessions, students cover topics such as resume development and also complete career assessments to help chart job goals after high school. In addition, students tour a variety of employers and learn about the types of positions available and any additional training they might need for the positions.
