TRPIL Internet Cafè
Why Do We Have an Internet Café?
TRPIL’s Internet Café can be used for a variety of reasons: searching for jobs, checking your email, learning to read, and learning how to operate a computer are just a few.
We also hold classes in the Café every week — please see the Event Calendar for those that are upcoming. These classes are open to all people with disabilities and do not require reservations or prior registration. Each class is based on a different computer or Internet topic. If there is something that you would like to learn about, please let us know!
Our Café is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Café will be closed on all major holidays.
Sometimes, special events mean that the computers in the Café are not available. (Café users are generally invited to join us for the special educational or advocacy events.) Any time that the café will be closed for holidays or an event, a notice will be posted in the Café.
Cafè Policies & Procedures
TRPIL is a private nonprofit organization. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend use of our Internet Café to any users who do not follow posted policies and rules. These rules are posted clearly and will be enforced at all times. We strive to make the Café a welcoming place for all people with disabilities who wish to learn new skills and connect with the world around them. This can only be accomplished when people respect one another and follow the rules.
