TRPIL Boards of Directors

Kathleen Kleinmann In 2000, Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living filed Articles of Division with the Department of Pennsylvania State. The non-profit corporation became four non-profit corporations with distinct bylaws and boards of directors.

In 2017, we became three corporations and rebranded the organization.

Members of every board receive training and orientation to ensure effective oversight for each of the corporations.

TRPIL (Parent Corporation)

TRPIL is the Parent Corporation. This corporation provides administrative coordination, financial management, and information technology services to the family of TRPIL corporations under a cost allocation plan.

The Chief Executive Officer of TRPIL is Kathleen Kleinmann.

Transitional Paths to Independent Living

(formerly Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living)
Transitional Paths to Independent Living is the independent living center. This corporation provides the independent living core services of Advocacy, Skills Training, Peer Support, Nursing Home Transition, and Information and Referral. The funding comes primarily from the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the US Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration.

TRPIL Community Services

(formerly TRIPIL Services)
TRPIL Community Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services specializing in the Consumer-Employer Model as well as Agency Employer Model. The funding comes from the PA Department of Public Welfare and the PA Department of Aging through the Area Agency on Aging.
